Sorø International Music Festival

Classical concerts
Sorø Abbey Church is known for its large classical concerts. Sorø International Music Festival is now in its 43rd season and offers a wide selection of concerts.

The 2011 summer season starts on 29 June, with a concert every Wednesday after 8 p.m. (concert prelude from 7.45 p.m.) through to the end of August, when the finale concert will be held on 28 August at 4 p.m.

Broad programme

Tickets and programmes are purchased at concert entry (1 hour before the concert starts) at Svegårds Boghandel or at Sorø's Office of Commerce and Tourism.
